Fire+ is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing Regional System Sales Representative- Fire Alarm Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and a proven ability to generate and close sales opportunities. This role is focused on developing new business, managing client relationships. Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Fire Alarm System market. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets. • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and other industry stakeholders. • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients. Investigate and document competitive activity and trends. • Develop knowledge of product, codes and standards. • Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the fire protection industry or related sectors (fire alarms, sprinklers, safety systems). • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, building codes, and fire safety regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. • Proficiency in CRM software What we offer: ▪ Competitive Salary ▪ Commission on sales and existing customer account management. ▪ Sales incentive promotions ▪ Comprehensive benefit program, including retirement savings program and paid sick days. ▪ A dynamic, fast-paced environment to grow your sales skills.
