The Dispatcher oversees bus routes, scheduling, and radio communications while providing coaching to drivers and monitors. They also serve as the primary liaison for customers and assist with daily terminal operations and special projects.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in dispatch or terminal operations and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in radio equipment and strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to work under strict deadlines.
