The Compliance Governance Manager leads the operationalization of the enterprise Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Framework and maintains governance policies and controls. This role provides independent second-line oversight, guidance, and challenge to ensure compliance practices align with regulatory expectations and industry standards. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, or a related field. Expertise in the regulatory environment for Federally Regulated Financial Institutions, including OSFI guidelines and the Bank Act, is required.
