About the Role You will support the optimization of supply chain business processes by creating user-friendly digital experiences, intuitive interfaces, and engaging communication assets that drive adoption and user satisfaction. Working across operational transformation initiatives, you will help modernize supply chain operations through UX design, process improvement, and multimedia storytelling. By developing impactful presentations, product explainer videos, and visual communications, you will enable greater visibility, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Success in this role is measured through enhanced user engagement, streamlined processes, improved operational efficiency, and the successful adoption of digital solutions that support the future of Supply Chain at FIS. The position will be fully remote, with occasional travel to the office as needed. In-person outings will be organized for the co-op students during the term and attendance is encouraged. The position is available is an 8-month co-op placement. What You Will Be Doing Design intuitive user interfaces that improve usability, accessibility, and user adoption of digital solutions Create wireframes, prototypes, workflow diagrams, and process maps to support business process optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into user-centered designs Evaluate user journeys and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience Develop management reporting and performance measures that support process improvement initiatives Produce product marketing videos, tutorials, and multimedia content that communicate product value effectively Create visual assets, including infographics, presentation graphics, and digital communications materials Support scriptwriting, storyboarding, editing, voiceover production, and post-production activities Maintain digital assets and content libraries while ensuring consistency with brand standards Present concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to project teams and business stakeholders Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in User Experience Design, Business, Marketing, Media Production, Communications, or a related field Demonstrated understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies Portfolio showcasing UX, graphic design, multimedia, video production, or related creative projects Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms Experience using video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent Strong visual communication, storytelling, and content creation skills Ability to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings clearly Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Strong collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles Experience creating explainer videos, instructional content, or digital learning materials Familiarity with process improvement, workflow optimization, or business analysis concepts Understanding of product marketing and digital engagement strategies Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, or performance metrics Exposure to financial services, technology, supply chain, or enterprise software environments What We Offer You At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career. Requirements
