Job summary
Overview Our project team is seeking a Document Control Co-op Student to join us for a minimum 8-month term beginning in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will support project teams with document management, organization, tracking, and control while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional project environment. What you will be doing Recording and tracking for the internal and external distribution of Project Documentation Data entry in all required fields for the applicable Project Documentation Transmittal Management (Team Quality/Accuracy Checking) Document Control Reports (Basic Filters) including monthly progress status reports for both internal and external documentation. Transferring/receiving of project documentation with client systems. Ensure timely transfer of electronic files/hardcopy documentation to/from clients and third-party vendors Document Control filing for soft and hard copies of project documentation and emails as required by the Lead Document Controller Assist the project manager when help is needed Perform all other related tasks that will help complete the project What we are looking for Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering, Business and any other relevant degree Ability to take initiative, pay attention to details, and work in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills Why work for us Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are: Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Program We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer. Requirements
