Position: Solutions Designer - Senior Requisition Number: RQ11671 Assignment Number: A2907840 Client: Government Services Integration Cluster Ministry: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement Start Date: Oct 21, 2026 End Date: Mar 31, 2027 Location: Toronto Work Schedule: Onsite (5 days per week) Hours: 7.25 hours per day (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; excluding breaks) MANDATORY SKILLS At least 10 years of experience in design, development, implementation and maintenance of large complex Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, Dynamics or other COTS CRM systems. At least 10 years of experience in J2EE integration with other systems such as Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, or other COTS systems. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in delivering business architecture, and business and system analysis Must have hands-on experience with n-tier web-based applications, Unix, Shell Scripting, Ant script, JavaScript, XML/XSD, XSL, HTML5 and source code management tools like Subversion or CVS. Execute tasks on XSLT/XQuery/XPATH and transformation capabilities, hands on experience with Oxygen XSLT IDE or any XSLT IDE for creating and debugging XSL Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements for new and existing business solutions.
