Job Description FLINT is seeking Labourers with construction and/or industrial facility experience for a 3-day Turnaround project in Whitecourt, AB. starting September 21, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, 12-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in construction or industrial facility settings. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements. Confined Space Entry Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Must have own reliable transportation to site. Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in construction or industrial settings and possess mandatory safety certifications including Confined Space Entry and CSO. A valid driver's license with a clean abstract and reliable transportation to the site are required.
