Job Description FLINT is seeking a Pipefitter Lead Hand with strong hands-on experience in piping installation and hydrostatic testing for a permanent role in Clairmont (Grande Prairie), Alberta starting end of September, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 12 Days In & 2 Days Out schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. Qualifications Previous Lead Hand or supervisory experience in an industrial construction or maintenance environment. Minimum 7 years’ experience with pipe installation, fitting, assembly, and alignment. Demonstrated experience with hydrostatic testing of piping systems. Valid Journeyperson Pipefitter certificate/ticket. The following safety tickets are considered an asset: H2S Alive Standard First Aid WHMIS Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Must have own reliable transportation to site. Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
