Exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Workday Business Analyst supporting a large-scale Workday HCM transformation in Canada. Initial 12-month contract with potential extensions. Target start: November 2026. The role: Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday-aligned processes and solutions. Lead HR process mapping, gap analysis and stakeholder workshops. Work closely with Workday functional teams on solution validation, testing and deployment readiness. Requirements: Previous Workday experience is essential. 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes. Strong understanding of HR processes and how they connect with Workday HCM. Experience in requirements documentation, process redesign and business testing. Confident leading workshops with HR stakeholders and Workday delivery teams.
