POSITION DESCRIPTION FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Program Managers motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to define the program vision and roadmap and coordinate all of its component projects; manage interdependencies, the overall budget, the schedule and risks; engage stakeholders and lead governance, while ensuring the expected benefits are realized. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Define the program's vision, objectives and roadmap in alignment with the strategy. • Oversee and coordinate all projects that make up the program. • Manage interdependencies, priorities and resource arbitration across projects. • Steer the overall budget (Capex/Opex), the master schedule and program risks. • Engage stakeholders and lead governance bodies. • Track consolidated progress and produce reporting for decision-making bodies. • Ensure benefits are realized and tracked, and lead change management. CANDIDATE PROFILE • University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline. • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology. • Minimum five (05) years of experience as a Program Manager. • Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus. • Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence. • Hold one of the following certifications: PgMP, MSP, SAFe RTE, PMP. • Hold one of the following Agile certifications (an asset): CSM, PSM I, PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe Scrum Master etc. • Experience delivering a strategic mandate (an asset). • Experience in large Canadian public or private organizations. • Language: French and English WORK MODE • Remote, Hybrid, On-site WHAT WE OFFER At FOP CONSULTANTS, we invest in the success and well-being of our experts.
