Own project-based accounting, including WIP and job costing, project profitability analysis, financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting. Partner with project and operations leaders, oversee AP, AR, and payroll, and improve financial controls, systems, reporting tools, and processes.

Support Capital Project Managers across 20–30 active projects, coordinating budgets, forecasts, costs, procurement, contracts, schedules, documentation, and project close-out. Work with contractors, consultants, property operations, accounting, and internal stakeholders, and visit GTA properties to assess project scope and progress.
