Senior Account Manager Vancouver, BC | $80,000 - $100,000 A growing security services organization is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of security service contracts and client relationships across the region. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional from the security industry who understands the realities of contract security operations and has a proven track record managing client accounts, site teams, and service delivery. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients while working closely with Operations Managers, Site Supervisors, and frontline security personnel to ensure service excellence across multiple accounts. The Role This is a highly visible, relationship-driven position focused on the management and retention of security service contracts. You will spend significant time meeting with clients, visiting sites, supporting operations teams, and ensuring contractual commitments are being delivered to a high standard. This is not a behind-the-desk account management role. The ideal candidate enjoys being in the field, solving problems, building relationships, and supporting operational teams.
