Role Description This part-time remote Customer Service Representative role at Fórmula Industrial focuses on supporting customers through multiple communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat. Day-to-day tasks include logging and tracking customer interactions, escalating complex cases when needed, and following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Qualifications Ability to perform as a Customer Service Representative and collaborate effectively within customer-focused teams. Strong skills in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and clear communication. Experience delivering high-quality Customer Service and maintaining professional standards in all interactions. Understanding of Customer Experience principles and the ability to represent the brand positively in every contact. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access, time management, and self-motivation. Basic proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets). Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, particularly in industrial, manufacturing, or service-oriented environments. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
