Your Responsibilities as a CAD Technician: Collaborate with our engineers to design, draft, review, and evaluate engineering plan sets Create Civil Engineering drawing using AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation Prepare report figures for projects Write related technical documents such as material list and cost estimates Ensure all drawings are accurate and meet industry standard Maintain a library of standard drawing templates What we're looking for: Associates or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline 1+ years of related experience Experience in using AutoCAD (Preferable Civil 3D) and/or MicroStation software Excellent verbal and written communication Knowledge of 3D and 2D modeling tools preferred Knowledge of Engineering practices and industry standards Why you'll love working for us: Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay Medical, Vision, Dental, and HSA Generous PTO 401K Plan including employer contribution Apex Title: CAD Technician #LI-EK1 Req ID: 11854 Hourly Expected Pay Range $30—$33 USD

Requirements

Requires an associate or bachelor degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates must have at least one year of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation.
