With empathy and urgency, you'll ensure their safety, pinpoint their location using mapping software, and quickly send an authorized service provider to their aid. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Must reside in Canada * Must be at least 18 yrs of age * Highschool diploma or equivalent * Must have at least three 3 months of working experience in the customer service field * The flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends * Must pass a background check KEY SKILLS * Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English will be needed to assist both French and English speaking customers. * Proficient in MS Office 365, MS TEAMS and a Microsoft Windows environment * Able to navigate multiple systems and have an understanding google maps or similar tools * Strong problem-Solving, Empathy, Adaptability and Reliability Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and French is required, as the role will support both French and English speaking customers HOME SETUP REQUIREMENTS * A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed * A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making. Examples may include automated workflows, data-supported recommendations, drafting or summarization tools, or candidate/employee interaction tools (as applicable to the role). Requirements
