With exciting new projects underway, FrankFranco Architects is seeking to grow their team with a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist with 3+ years of professional experience. This role includes the preparation of detailed construction drawings, coordination with consultants, and active involvement throughout the design and permitting process. Preferred candidates will bring advanced Revit expertise, with the ability to enhance the firm’s BIM workflows and contribute to the development and implementation of office-wide standards and best practices. Qualifying Applicants will have: Degree/Diploma in a recognized Architectural Technologist Program and/or Degree in a recognized Architecture Program MUST have experiencing with wood frame and concrete or steel construction A minimum of three (3) years of industry experience. Residential experience is preferred Advanced Revit experience Strong understanding of Ontario building systems, materials, construction methods and architectural detailing for cold climates Thorough familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and municipal planning/permit processes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Requirements: Must have access to a vehicle – our office is not accessible by public transit Tell us about you and apply: Submit your experience, talent, and skills for review send your resume and work samples to: [email protected] To ensure we receive and review your submission list the job title in the subject line.
