Facilitates care coordination, case management, and community outreach to support recovery and reduce barriers to treatment. Requires a Master's degree in a social or health sciences program such as Counselling Psychology or Social Work. Candidates must have at least one to two years of recent, related experience and be eligible for registration with a professional association.
