RV SERVICE TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE – ABBOTSFORD, BC Are you mechanically inclined and interested in developing or advancing your career in the skilled trades? Fraserway RV is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our Abbotsford dealership as a full-time, permanent RV Service Technician Apprentice. This career-development opportunity provides hands-on experience repairing and maintaining a variety of RVs. It also offers opportunities to progress through the SkilledTradesBC Recreation Vehicle Service Technician apprenticeship program, including Levels 1 through 3 and Red Seal certification. WHAT YOU’LL LEARN AND DO * Troubleshoot and diagnose RV repair and maintenance concerns * Assist with repairs and maintenance of propane, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems * Service RV appliances, furnaces, water heaters, and refrigerators * Perform inspections, maintenance, and general RV repairs * Complete work orders and repair documentation accurately * Work closely with experienced technicians and Service Advisors * Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service * Perform other service-related duties as assigned WHAT YOU’LL BRING * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * Mechanical aptitude and an interest in developing technical skills * Registration as a Level 1, 2, or 3 RV Service Technician apprentice is preferred but not required * Experience in general renovations, automotive, electrical, plumbing, marine, trailers, or another mechanical field is an asset * The ability to follow instructions and accept feedback * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work * The ability to work independently and contribute to a team * A valid driver’s licence * The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Current apprentices and mechanically inclined candidates interested in beginning an apprenticeship are encouraged to apply.
