Position Summary The Golf Services Ambassador is responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience to all members and guests in an organized and professional manner while also assisting the Golf Operations team to ensure that all equipment and rentals are cleaned, stocked and readily available for our guests and members. Duties & Responsibilities * Work with and assist the Professional Team with the day-to-day responsibilities of the golf department. * Ensure set up of cart staging area, welcoming of members and guests. * Cleaning and maintaining the entire resort property ie: picking up garbage and cigarette butts in parking lot. * Keep the driving range, club cleaning station and cart storage areas, in a well-maintained, presentable condition. * Ensure superior levels of customer service and member satisfaction. * Ensure golf clubs and carts are clean and maintained to MBR level of service. * Assist with set up for tournaments and other duties as assigned. * Provide sincere interaction and assistance to all members and guests via face to face to interactions. * Follow opening & closing procedures for the golf services team. * Work in various types of weather outside depending on the season (hot, cold, wet) * All other duties as assigned or requested. Skills, AbilitIes, attributes * Must be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. * Must be punctual for early morning start times. * Must work well in team-oriented environment. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Excellent customer service skills.
