Main Responsibilities Deliver industry-leading customer service in English and French to internal and external customers. Answer customer service calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Process customer orders and enter them accurately into SAP, following orders from entry through delivery. Provide order status information and assist with stock availability, backorders, pricing discrepancies, complaints, lost shipments and other order discrepancies. Communicate with internal departments, warehouses and distribution partners to resolve pricing, inventory, shipping and customer account issues. Process credit and debit memos, product returns and customer account changes according to established procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Fluently bilingual in business English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service/order desk experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAP. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage fluctuating workloads. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. The pay range for this role is: $60,000.00- $78,000.00 annually. Placement within the range will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
