What You'll Be Doing Fresh Prep is looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Manager, Product & Commercial Analytics to help identify, size, prioritize, and measure the opportunities that will drive the next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO, this role sits at the intersection of Product, Merchandising, and Growth. You will combine customer, product, and commercial data to uncover opportunities, generate hypotheses, support experimentation, and provide the insights needed to improve customer experience, revenue per customer, and business performance. You will act as a strategic thought partner across the organization, responsible for identifying, sizing, and prioritizing growth opportunities across the entire customer journey, helping answer questions such as: What should we build next? What should we test next? Which opportunities should we prioritize to drive growth and revenue? Which customer behaviors drive long-term value and retention? Which products, features, categories, or initiatives should we invest in, optimize, or remove? You will play a critical role in helping Fresh Prep make smarter, faster, and more data-driven decisions. Product Analytics & Customer Behaviour Own digital product analytics across the customer journey, helping teams understand how customers discover, browse, evaluate, and purchase products. Responsibilities include: Analyzing customer journeys and product funnels Identifying friction points and conversion opportunities Evaluating menu browsing, product discovery, swaps, and purchasing behavior Measuring adoption and effectiveness of new product features Defining and improving product instrumentation and event tracking Partnering with Product Managers to identify and prioritize opportunities Commercial, Growth & Merchandising Analytics Provide analytical support across Growth, Lifecycle, Product, and Ecommerce to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and improve business performance. Responsibilities include: Analyzing customer, product, and commercial performance across the customer lifecycle Identifying opportunities to improve conversion, activation, retention, basket size, and product adoption Evaluating pricing, promotions, merchandising, and assortment strategies Measuring the impact of growth, product, lifecycle, and merchandising initiatives Identifying opportunities to optimize customer journeys and revenue generation Developing business cases and recommendations for future investments Experimentation & Opportunity Identification Partner with Product, Merchandising, Lifecycle, and Growth teams to create a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include: Generating hypotheses and identifying high-impact opportunities Designing measurement frameworks and success criteria Designing, supporting, and evaluating A/B testing and experimentation programs Evaluating experiment results and recommending next steps Quantifying opportunity size and expected business impact Helping teams prioritize initiatives based on evidence Strategic Insights & Decision Support Act as a strategic thought partner to Product, Growth, Merchandising, and Leadership teams. Responsibilities include: Translating data into actionable recommendations Sizing opportunities and evaluating investment decisions Supporting roadmap prioritization Developing customer, product, and commercial insights Partnering with Product and business leaders to prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, revenue opportunity, and effort Success in this role is measured by the quality of decisions enabled and business impact generated. What We Are Looking For 5-7+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Growth Analytics, Strategy, or Data Science, including time at a senior or lead level. Strong experience using data to identify opportunities and influence business decisions Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern analytics and BI tools Experience analyzing customer behavior, product funnels, experimentation, and conversion journeys Strong understanding of ecommerce, subscription, marketplace, or DTC business models Experience supporting product teams, commercial teams, or merchandising organizations Ability to independently frame problems, generate hypotheses, and conduct deep-dive analyses Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable business recommendations Comfortable working in ambiguity and influencing cross-functional stakeholders What You Can Expect Annual salary of $120-$170k commensurate with your skills and experience Hybrid schedule with a blend of in-office and remote work; fully remote arrangements are available for candidates residing outside our physical office hub locations.
