Fresh Start Foods is currently hiring full time Shunter/Loader who are eager to work in a challenging, fast paced environment. Position: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm or until finish (or operational requirements) Salary: $20- $22/h Job Duties: * Count and inspect vehicles prior to moving. * Monitor and set reefer temperatures throughout the night to ensure they are fully operational for temperature compliance. * Shunt straight trucks up to 30’ in and out of assigned docks and stage accordingly when loaded. * Assist with loading and unloading (skid removal adding product and/or picking shorts). * Operate power walkie. * Keep an organized and clean dock area. * Practice & promote a safe work environment by following all safety procedures. The Shunter is responsible for moving straight trucks in and out of assigned docks and monitoring reefer temperatures for compliance. Additionally, the role involves assisting with loading/unloading products and maintaining a clean, safe dock environment.

Candidates must possess a valid DZ license with a clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions are required.
