You guide your teams according to Freshslice standards, to deliver great customer experiences and drive the growth of all Freshslice stores. Responsibilities Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs Requirements Have at least 3 years of experience managing at least two stores, departments or units, in the analysis of gains and losses, inventory analysis, operations and customer service. Have at least five years of experience managing a team of six or more, with training and coaching, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.
