Job Description What your weeks will look like Oversee the planning and monitoring of the entire production cycle Work closely with discipline directors to plan staffing requirements based on the expertise needed and project milestones Analyze risks and propose solutions to prevent delays, budget overruns, and other issues that could jeopardize project objectives Engage, guide, and support your direct team members by providing ongoing coaching and feedback Contribute to employee development and internal succession planning through rigorous performance management and by developing training plans tailored to individual needs and the company’s strategic priorities Build a strong relationship of trust with the partner and act as the main point of contact within your area of expertise Contribute to various initiatives aimed at developing and strengthening your discipline community Qualifications What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any equivalent combination of education and experience Approximately ten (10) years of relevant production management experience in the video game industry Proven experience working on at least one shipped AAA or AA title Experience managing risks, budgets, dependencies, and priorities Ability to travel internationally when required Excellent written and spoken French and English. English proficiency is required, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree and approximately ten years of production management experience in the video game industry. Must have experience shipping at least one AAA or AA title and be proficient in both English and French.
