This role is suited to an experienced executive coach or senior leadership advisor who can help senior decision-makers strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve judgement, and navigate complex business challenges. What you’ll Do Deliver tailored executive coaching to CEOs, executives, and VP-level leaders Support leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and performance Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple sectors Apply sound judgement to varied leadership and business challenges What we’re looking for Significant experience in executive coaching, senior leadership, or closely related advisory work Ability to engage credibly with senior business leaders Strong communication, judgement, and relationship-building skills Ability to work remotely within Canada Important scope note This is a coaching and advisory role serving CEOs and VP-level leaders. The title reflects the seniority of the stakeholders you support, not an internal executive appointment.
