The Opportunity FuntoNetwork is seeking a Information Management Architect - Level 3 for upcoming project opportunity: IT Specialized Services (TBIPS). Core Responsibilities Execute the Information Management Architect - Level 3 scope for IT Specialized Services (TBIPS): Deliver the Information Management Architect - Level 3 workstream against the TBIPS task authorization, security, documentation, quality, and acceptance requirements. Confirm existing conditions, stakeholder needs, governing criteria, interfaces, constraints, and acceptance requirements for the work package. Produce the calculations, architecture or design basis, drawings, specifications, schedules, estimates, and technical decision records required for review. Resolve interdisciplinary reviews, constructability or implementation comments, RFIs, substitutions, and approved design changes. Support implementation testing and commissioning; reconcile final comments and deliver approved record documents and technical handoff materials. Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams. Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness. What You Bring Demonstrated experience performing Information Management Architect - Level 3 responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments. Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria. Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline. Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
