The Opportunity FuntoNetwork is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist - Level 3 for upcoming project opportunity: IT Specialized Services (TBIPS). Core Responsibilities Execute the Quality Assurance Specialist - Level 3 scope for IT Specialized Services (TBIPS): Deliver the Quality Assurance Specialist - Level 3 workstream against the TBIPS task authorization, security, documentation, quality, and acceptance requirements. Prepare the role-specific compliance, inspection, test, or assurance plan with checkpoints, sampling, evidence, and pass/fail criteria. Review the applicable controls, submittals, configurations, records, and field or system results against the solicitation and approved baseline. Record defects, exceptions, severity, ownership, corrective actions, and due dates in a traceable findings register. Verify corrective actions through retest or reinspection and submit the signed acceptance recommendation with the complete evidence package. Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams. Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness. What You Bring Demonstrated experience performing Quality Assurance Specialist - Level 3 responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments. Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria. Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline. Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
