Principales responsabilités Maintenir, analyser et optimiser les coûts standards Analyser les écarts de coûts liés aux achats, à la production, aux inventaires et aux marges Effectuer des analyses de rentabilité et soutenir le processus de soumissions Développer et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) Participer aux fermetures financières mensuelles Réaliser les analyses de coûts et d'inventaires Produire et améliorer les rapports financiers liés aux coûts et à la performance Participer à la préparation des budgets et prévisions financières Assurer le suivi des écarts budgétaires et opérationnels Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des équipes financières et opérationnelles Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue et aux initiatives stratégiques Soutenir les audits et assurer l'intégrité des données financières Profil recherché Titre CPA obligatoire 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en coût de revient Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier Excellente compréhension du coût de revient et de l'analyse financière Bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP Expérience avec SAP, un atout important Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel Excellentes aptitudes analytiques et de résolution de problèmes Autonomie, rigueur et sens des priorités Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec différents départements Bilinguisme français et anglais. Ce poste nécessite l'utilisation quotidienne de l'anglais afin de communiquer avec des collègues et partenaires à l'international 50% du temps. Requirements

A CPA designation, 3 to 5 years of cost accounting experience, and experience in manufacturing are required. Candidates should have strong cost accounting and financial analysis knowledge, ERP experience (SAP is an asset), advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and fluency in French and English, including daily use of English for international communication.
