Principales responsabilités: Gérer le recrutement et l'intégration des nouveaux employés. Conseiller les gestionnaires sur les politiques RH, les relations de travail et la gestion de la performance. Assurer la gestion des dossiers employés, des mouvements de personnel et des activités administratives RH. Coordonner les activités de formation et de développement. Soutenir les initiatives de santé et sécurité au travail. Veiller au respect des lois du travail, des politiques internes et des procédures de l'entreprise. Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue et aux initiatives d'engagement des employés. Exigences: Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou domaine connexe.
