This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. What You’ll Do Educate patients on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring optimal value and quality Guide patients in selecting eyewear that combines style with optimal vision Perform eyewear repairs and adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort Coach and train team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge to ensure consistent execution of optical standards and processes Support retail operations and contribute to overall clinic success Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required What You Bring Bilingualism English/French is required to communicate with our clients/patients.
