Our FYidoctors Regina - Northgate Mall and Regina - Victoria Square clinics are looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. What you’ll do

The specialist manages patient check-ins, check-outs, and appointments while providing administrative support via phone and email. They also perform clinical pre-testing and handle eyewear adjustments and repairs to ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements

Candidates should have proficiency in technology and MS Office, with strong communication skills and a proactive team mindset. Previous retail experience is considered an asset for this fast-paced environment.
