Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering classroom, lab, and clinical learning experiences, evaluating student performance and providing academic guidance and support. Qualifications Candidate must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a degree in Nursing Education or related subject area or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, subject to approval by Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Candidates must be eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or the Registered Psychiatric Nurses’ Association of Saskatchewan. Two (2) years of recent/relevant work experience that must include experience in gerontology, home care and special care. Requires up-to-date TLR, CPR Level C with AED, PART, and WHIMIS. Experience in adult education and instruction, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with people from various equity groups are required. Experience in long-term care is an asset.
