Job summary
🎠ROLE & TEAM We're looking to hire a Full-Stack Software Developer with excellent technical skills and communication abilities to join our CRM squad. You will join a team of 4 other Full-Stack Developers (including a Team Lead), one Product Manager, one Quality Assurance Specialist and one Product Designer, dedicated to building core modules of gaiia: Customer [https://www.gaiia.com/products/customer-management], Property [https://www.gaiia.com/products/properties] and Ticketing Management. 📽 WHAT IS YOUR TEAM WORKING ON? Technically speaking, you will work in a serverless ecosystem of microservices deployed on a cloud infrastructure. Gaiia is all-in on Typescript, with frontend, backend and infrastructure-as-code all leveraging Typescript. As part of the CRM squad, you will have the chance to: * Build, in collaboration with talented designers, delightful interfaces that empower our users every day; * Be responsible for architecting, developing and owning critical gaiia systems; * Collaborate with other legendary full-stack developers; * Join a pivotal and central team involved in surprisingly all aspects of the gaiia product Here are real examples of projects you would have worked on in the last few months: * Business operations - built to support our customers’ largest clients by unifying business account management and service delivery projects; * Contract management and automation - a self-serve contract manager that lets ISPs generate, send, sign, and renew contracts at scale - fully automated via Workflows and our API; * Notifications and communications - a template-driven messaging engine that lets ISPs design custom notifications, deliver them across channels, and keep end users informed in real time 🎖️ QUALIFICATIONS * At least ten (10) years of experience in Software Engineering * At least five (5) years of experience in Typescript. * Experience with the React library. * Experience in DevOps and Cloud providers. * Experience with Node.js. 🪄 NICE-TO-HAVES * You have experience with GraphQL. * You have an interest or expertise in functional programming. * You have knowledge of telecom concepts. * You have experience working on a System of Record. * You have several personal projects exhibiting good coding skills. * You have a strong capacity to adapt and a commitment to continuous learning. 💰 SALARY At gaiia, we have a transparent salary philosophy and a robust evaluation and compensation framework.
