About Gallea Ai Gallea AI builds AiOS, an Intelligent Operating System that makes an entire business conversational. Facing outward, it transforms a company's website from something visitors have to navigate into something they can simply ask, with every answer arriving instantly, accurately, and unmistakably in that brand's own voice, at any hour, leading to that brand's own conversion path. Facing inward, it puts the same intelligence in the hands of the team, so a new hire at the front desk and a veteran manager at head office give the same official answer, in the same official wording, to the same question. AiOS exists because we spent years inside the businesses it serves. Gallea AI began as an AI strategy and implementation consultancy, and across more than a hundred engagements we watched the same pattern repeat: companies buying AI tools that were never aligned to how their business actually runs. AiOS is our answer to that, and it is now the product this company is built around. We're a credentialed IBM Business Partner, which means AiOS ships on enterprise-grade infrastructure with real governance behind it. That matters to the buyers we sell to. They want the capability of AI without handing their brand voice, their data and their customer experience to a system nobody can account for. We are a small team in Toronto shipping a real product to real clients. Everyone here touches the build, the client, or both. The role You are the first person a prospect talks to. Your job is to find businesses whose websites are underperforming, show them the size of the gap, and get the right person into a conversation with an Account Executive. This is an outbound-first role. You will build pipeline rather than wait for it, and you will do real research before you pick up the phone. We can estimate what a site should be converting from its traffic, its category, and its average order value, and compare that to what it actually does. That number is your opener, and building it is part of the job. What you will own • Build target account lists in our priority verticals, working from data tools and your own research • Qualify accounts against our fit criteria: is this a compare-before-you-buy purchase, is there enough traffic or an improvement to matter, and is the site converting below its category benchmark • Run the revenue-gap estimate on target accounts and use it to open conversations • Prospect by phone, email and LinkedIn, with cold calling as a core part of the day • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right Account Executive • Book qualified meetings and hand them off with enough written context that the AE can continue the conversation rather than restart it • Keep account, contact and activity records current in our CRM • Tell us what you are hearing — which verticals respond, which openers land, which signals actually predict interest What you bring • 1–2 years in outbound sales development, or a track record in another environment that shows you can hear “no” repeatedly and keep going • Genuinely comfortable on the phone. This is not an email-only role • Analytically curious. You are comfortable working with traffic numbers, conversion rates and simple revenue math, and you want to know why one prospect converts and another does not • Able to talk to business owners and marketing leads about their revenue in their language, not about our product features • Organized under volume. You can run a large account list without dropping follow-ups • Comfortable in an early-stage environment where the process is still being built • Able to work from our Toronto office five days a week Nice to have • Experience selling into any of our target verticals: Real estate, self storage, auto, e-commerce, DTC health, juvenile goods • Familiarity with web analytics or traffic estimation tools How to apply Apply through LinkedIn or send a resume to [email protected].
