What You’ll Be Doing Helping customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget Guiding customers through purchase and leasing options without making it feel complicated Following up with leads, past customers, and future customers Taking customers on test drives — yes, getting paid to talk about cars is part of the deal Keeping up with our vehicles, features, programs, and promotions Creating a great experience from the first “Hello!” to handing over the keys Building relationships that bring customers back — and have them sending their friends and family your way Working with the rest of the Gananoque Motors team to hit goals and celebrate wins Who We’re Looking For You don’t necessarily need years of automotive sales experience. We can teach vehicles and process. Personality, drive, and work ethic are harder to teach. You’ll fit in well if you’re: Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to just about anyone Motivated by goals and earning potential Organized and good at following up Comfortable using phones, email, social media, and technology A team player with a positive attitude Willing to learn and improve Able to handle the occasional “I need to think about it” without taking it personally Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Must possess a valid OMVIC Salesperson License A valid driver’s licence is required. What’s In It For You? Competitive earning potential A career in the automotive industry with room to grow Training and support to help you succeed A friendly, team-oriented dealership environment Opportunities to build your own customer base and repeat business And, of course, being around vehicles all day isn't exactly a bad office perk Think You’d Be a Great Fit? Whether you’re an experienced automotive salesperson or someone with a great personality who’s ready for a new career, we want to hear from you! Send us a cover letter and your resume to [email protected] and tell us a little about yourself!
