Monitor alarm and security systems and respond appropriately to alerts and incidents. Dispatch mobile response units to alarm activations, incidents, and client requests. Communicate clearly and efficiently with mobile patrol officers and response teams. Handle client requests, questions, and service-related concerns with a strong focus on customer service. Accurately document calls, incidents, dispatches, and client interactions. Assess situations and prioritize responses based on the nature and urgency of each incident. Coordinate with clients, mobile units, and internal teams to ensure effective and timely resolution of incidents. Follow established procedures, protocols, and escalation processes when dealing with alarms and emergencies. Maintain a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced dispatch environment. National Desk/ Alarm Dispatcher Qualifications Must have atleast High School Diploma or equivalent. Fluent in English, both verbal and written Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, workforce coordination, customer service, or a related field Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment Availability to work Nights Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Must be legally eligible to work in Canada This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.
