Responsibilities for Luxury Retail Security Guard Represent a luxury retail brand in a premium, high-end environment. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong and professional security presence. Welcome, assist, and engage with customers confidently and courteously. Maintain a polished, approachable appearance while wearing a black suit. Support loss prevention through proactive observation and vigilance. Interact professionally with high-end clientele and create a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Remain attentive and on your feet for 8+ hour shifts. Thrive in a slower-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Demonstrate confidence, excellent communication skills, and sound judgment in every interaction. Apply previous security or loss prevention experience to ensure a secure and positive customer experience. Qualifications for Luxury Retail Security Guard Be legally authorized to work in Canada. Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence. Valid WSIB-approved First Aid & CPR certification. 2–3 years of security or loss prevention experience preferred. Professional, well-groomed appearance with the ability to wear a black suit (mandatory for this assignment). Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills.
