Ready to suit up as a Camp Industrial Security Guard GardaWorld is currently seeking a professional and reliable Security Guards for a high-profile camp industrial site. This position plays a critical role in site access control, communication monitoring, and maintaining safety protocols in a remote industrial environment. The successful candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in challenging weather and road conditions.What's in it for you? Hourly wage: $25 per hour We are currently seeking casual employees who can be trained to provide coverage for rotational schedules. There is a strong potential for these positions to transition into full-time, permanent roles, which would follow a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts. Paid km travel time – selected candidate will pick up the GardaWorld vehicle one day prior to their rotation and travel approximately 10 hours to site from the Saskatoon office to the site. Responsibilities for Camp Industrial Security Guard Monitor and respond to radio communications on Channel 3 Confirm and document all vehicle entries and departures to and from the Access Road Maintain accurate travel communication logs for inbound and outbound vehicles Enforce site access protocols, travel restrictions, and escort policies Operate the main gate kiosk for access control, recording required information for all site traffic Provide immediate reporting to the Site Coordinator regarding hazards, unusual activity, security concerns, wildlife sightings, accidents, or maintenance issues Maintain accountability for road access communication and emergency contact procedures Monitor security cameras and electronic systems to ensure site safety Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, and email using plain language Complete and submit daily reports, including access logs, incident reports, FLHA forms, and toolbox documentation Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications for Camp Industrial Security Guard Saskatchewan Security Guard Training Course (we are willing to help you get this) Intermediate Standard First Aid with CPR (mandatory) Full Class 5 Advanced Driver's license Legally entitled to work in Canada Strong verbal and written communication skills for radio, email, and incident reporting Ability to operate computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications Experience with camera monitoring and access control systems is an asset Ability to work in a remote industrial environment with strict safety protocols Must comply with all site PPE and safety requirements, including hard hat requirements Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Requirements
