We are hiring a Cash Vault Supervisor for our Cash Services division in Toronto, ON. Your Mission Reporting to the CVS Manager, you will be in charge of the Cash Processing team. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the work of your teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. What we offer Permanent Position Competitive salary and benefits Safe work environment with efficient equipment International company offering many career opportunities What you’ll be doing Managing the department’s resources and work processes cost effectively and efficiently Ensuring that the contractual obligations of customers are achieved Monitor and improve the department's profitability and security continually Maintaining accountability for the performance of the department Carrying on-the-job induction training Ensuring all positions are staffed and executed properly and on time Promoting the Health and Safety of Branch Personnel Monitoring service levels, taking corrective action where necessary Managing staff to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency Ensuring Company procedures, standards, and security guidelines are abided by Briefing departmental staff on operational and company matters What we’re looking for Experience managing unionized staff Experience with cash handling and processing Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Attention to detail and ability to abide by operational and security policies and procedures Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and make decisions Ability to organize and prioritize work activities Ability to work independently and as a team member Excellent customer service skills Experience and/or knowledge of the cash services industry is a definite asset We are committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible hiring process.
