Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, contractors, and corporate assets. Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the office building and surrounding property. Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies to identify and respond to suspicious activity. Oversee visitor management, issue temporary access badges, and verify identification for authorized entry. Respond to emergencies, security incidents, medical situations, and fire alarms while following established procedures. Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handover documentation. Investigate and document security concerns, policy violations, and workplace incidents. Coordinate with property management, corporate leadership, emergency services, and law enforcement when required. Monitor officer performance, provide ongoing mentorship, and promote exceptional customer service standards. The Security Supervisor will lead a team to ensure the safety of employees and visitors while managing daily security operations and incident responses. They are responsible for monitoring security technologies, conducting patrols, and maintaining detailed documentation of all security activities.

Candidates must hold a valid BC security license and an OFA 2 Intermediate First aid certification. Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in security and team management, along with strong communication and report writing skills.
