Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, contractors, and corporate assets. Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the office building and surrounding property. Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies to identify and respond to suspicious activity. Oversee visitor management, issue temporary access badges, and verify identification for authorized entry. Respond to emergencies, security incidents, medical situations, and fire alarms while following established procedures. Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handover documentation. Investigate and document security concerns, policy violations, and workplace incidents. Coordinate with property management, corporate leadership, emergency services, and law enforcement when required. Monitor officer performance, provide ongoing mentorship, and promote exceptional customer service standards. Qualifications for Security Supervisor Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid BC security license First aid certification - OFA 2 - Intermediate ( Required ) 2-3 number of years of experience in security and team management Experience using Microsoft Office applications Excellent leadership & communication skills Strong report writing and technology skills Exceptional customer service skills If you’re ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit and someone who wants to be a GardaWorld Ambassador, a promising career awaits you!

What you’ll do
