As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment. Schedule- 2 Week Continental Rotation 07:00-19:00 & 19:00- 07:00 Location- N3S 7N5 What's in it for you? Manage daily schedules and assist with filling open shifts. Ensure guards follow current site instructions, procedures, and post orders. Provide coaching and support for team and individual development. Provide clear direction during critical incidents and emergencies. Manage access cards and access-control requirements. Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately. Maintain strong communication with the client, guards, and management. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications for Tactical Security Shift Supervisor Be authorized to work in Canada This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last. Excellent leadership skills 3-5 number of years of experience in security and team management First aid certification mandatory Hold a valid security license Strong Knowledge of the Tresspass to property Act, Power of arrest Full G Ontario driver's license with 3-5 years of driving experience and clean driver's abstract This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization. Requirements

Requires 3-5 years of experience in security and team management, along with a valid security license and First Aid certification. Candidates must possess a full G Ontario driver's license and have a strong understanding of the Trespass to Property Act.
