Help customers select plants and garden products, sharing relevant plant knowledge and operating the point-of-sale system. Maintain department displays through plant care, tidying, stocking, receiving, and merchandising products, while supporting other departments as needed.

Oversee daily operations for the Garden Supplies and Pottery departments, including receiving, pricing, preparing, and merchandising products. Maintain accurate, well-stocked displays and inventory, use the POS system for purchasing and reporting, and communicate sales trends and replenishment needs to the Purchasing team.

Oversee daily Garden Supplies department operations, including receiving, pricing, preparing products for sale, merchandising, and maintaining well-stocked displays. Use POS tools to manage inventory and purchase orders, monitor sales and stock trends, and coordinate replenishment needs with the Purchasing team.

Process and verify incoming shipments in the POS system, maintain accurate receiving records, coordinate vendor returns, and report delivery discrepancies. Keep the back-of-house area organized and safe while supporting inventory counts, replenishment, seasonal changeovers, and other store operations.
