A Building Maintenance is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with their responsibilities which can include can include repairing equipment, scheduled preventative maintenance, and monitoring contractors among other varied duties both inside and outside the building. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with repairing equipment and performing scheduled preventative maintenance. Monitor contractors and handle various maintenance duties both inside and outside the building.

Candidates should preferably have a High School Diploma or GED and possess strong communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
