Your responsibilities As an accounting technician, you will participate in the company's comprehensive accounting management. Your main tasks will include: Completing the complete accounting cycle: bank reconciliations, journal entries, DAS, taxes, payroll/HR Preparing monthly financial statements and monitoring ongoing projects Managing supplier invoices and payments Rigorous project cost monitoring: purchase orders, invoices, extras, actual cost vs. budget comparison Collaboration with project managers for optimal financial management of construction sites Updating management reports Preparation of year-end reports for auditors Required Profile DEC in accounting or equivalent training 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in commercial construction Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strengths Construction experience Property management experience What we offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Flexible schedule Stimulating work environment Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Passionate, collaborative, and committed team
