Job summary
GD LEAD is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support the management and delivery of our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate has experience in estimating as well as excellent organizational skills. Main Responsibilities Manage all stages of construction projects: planning, coordination, execution and delivery Estimate construction costs and prepare budgets Analyze plans, specifications and calls for tender /> Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders Monitor deadlines, costs and quality Collaborate with the internal team (property management, accounting, management) Manage unforeseen events on construction sites and propose solutions Required profile Training in project management, civil engineering, architecture, estimating or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management (commercial sector an asset) Concrete experience in project estimating Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills Proficiency in software such as MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or any estimating software (e.g. Dreeven etc.) Working Conditions Permanent, full-time position Competitive salary based on experience Stimulating work environment and varied projects Human, dynamic and collaborative team Social benefits available Interested?
