Lead Hand - Heavy Duty Cleaning

Schedule Hours: Full Time Job Duties: * Clean and disinfect washrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors. * Maintain cleanliness in cafeteria areas, including wiping tables, chairs and counters * Empty garbage and recycling bins: replace liners * Clean office spaces: dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. * Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor * Additional duties as required. Requirements: * Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Standing for long periods of time. * Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check. The Lead Hand is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting facility areas including washrooms, offices, and cafeterias. They must also manage waste disposal and report any necessary maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred for this role. Candidates must be able to work independently, stand for long periods, work outdoors, and pass a criminal background check.
