The Parts Manager is responsible for setting sales targets, developing supplier relationships, and managing spare parts inventory and pricing strategies. They also oversee warehouse operations and analyze backorders to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Set up annual spare parts sales target and lead the team to achieve it. 2. Develop the local supplier for oil and accessory to enhance the sales and profit. 3. Set up spare part order process and internal working process. 4. Set up spare parts marketing strategy and spare parts pricing strategy to enhance the margin. 5. Responsible for the new vehicle launch spare parts initial order. 6. Responsible for the spare parts and accessories stock management, and ensure spare part warehouse supplier operation (KPI follow up, payments, etc.). 7. Responsible for the spare parts BO analysis and follow up to enhance the customer satisfaction. 8. Spare parts marketing activity planning and implement. Qualifications: 1. Have 5 years+ working experience in the after-sales in Auto company. 2. Possess good communication skills. 3. Areas of experience Parts and service. 4. English can be used as a working language.
