Integrate enterprise systems and knowledge sources, and implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, cost and reliability optimization, and human-in-the-loop safeguards.

Manage the engineering scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client communications for utility-scale EPC projects from award through IFC deliverables, site support, and closeout. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and procurement, construction, and commissioning interfaces while managing project controls, changes, risks, reporting, and quality reviews.

Lead and coordinate Civil 3D dry utility and rail models for transit projects, including utility crossings, clash reviews, construction documentation, and model quality checks. Establish modeling standards, allocate and review team work, resolve technical issues, and train and mentor designers.

Manage reception and communications, including phone calls, the general email inbox, visitors, mail, and deliveries. Provide administrative and office coordination support through document management, travel and event arrangements, supply inventory, meeting materials, and coordination with building services.

Prepare detailed designs and construction packages for distribution and transmission substations, including layouts, diagrams, calculations, bills of materials, and as-built documentation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site investigations, support construction through RFI responses and field-modification reviews, and ensure deliverables meet applicable standards and quality procedures.

Create and update telecom design packages for FTTH, OSP, and ISP projects, integrating survey, GIS, and field data into accurate, constructible plans and permit documentation.
