Acting as an ambassador for our spa, this person welcomes our guests from the moment they arrive. The Guest Service Attendant greets, informs, and accompanies guests throughout their experience, with an approach focused on well-being and relaxation. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Take reservations at the Nordic Spa reception by phone or email * Use available technologies efficiently * Promote the Spa’s services * Enter treatments into the designated system * Advise guests on the various products offered in the Spa boutique * Process guest payments * Ensure deposits are accurate at all times * Maintain compliance with hygiene and safety standards WHAT YOU BRING * Strong communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written, due to interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, and guests across Canada (an asset) * Experience in customer service * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Enjoy working with the public and adopt a warm, approachable style * Discretion and respect for confidentiality WHAT WE OFFER * Passionate about travel?
