Position Summary We’re currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our property management team in Moncton, New-Brunswick. You’ll play a key role in leasing apartments, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and supporting day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Lease vacant apartments and manage the rental process from start to finish Assess prospective tenants’ needs and provide property recommendations Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms Prepare and finalize lease agreements Coordinate move-ins and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new tenants Stay informed about local rental market trends Schedule appointments and follow up with leads promptly Prepare leasing activity reports and handle lease renewals as needed Respond to tenant inquiries in a courteous and professional manner Generate leads through phone outreach, networking, and email Qualifications Experience and/or interest in real estate (asset) Relevant training or certification in real estate (asset) Verbal and written communication in English Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Initiative, autonomy, and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work well under pressure What We Offer Young, collaborative team and a friendly work atmosphere Direct access to management and openness to new ideas Group insurance plan Job Type: Full-time Location: Moncton, NB Experience: Property management, leasing, customer service Language: English (required) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Vision care Experience: Property leasing: 1 year (preferred) Location: Moncton, NB Work Location: In person
